Optimus Flavours is the parent entity for a group of food and beverage outlets. Each restaurant or sub-brand operates under this umbrella, but all follow the policies, rules, and standards set out in this document. References to “we,” “our,” or “us” include Optimus Flavours and all its associated restaurants.


USE OF OUR SERVICES

You may use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • 1. Misuse our platforms or interfere with their operation
  • 2. Engage in fraudulent or unlawful behaviour
  • 3. Copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission
  • 4. Use our name or branding in a misleading way

We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access if we believe these Terms have been violated.


MENU, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY

Menu items, pricing, offers, and availability may vary between our restaurants. We may update or discontinue items without prior notice. Taxes, delivery charges, and packaging fees may apply depending on the location and ordering method.

Images used in menus or promotional material are for representation and may not exactly match the served items.


Orders and PAYMENTS

When placing an order (in-person, online, or through delivery partners):

  • 1. You must provide accurate information
  • 2. Payments must be completed through approved methods
  • 3. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable)

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order. Any fraudulent transaction will be investigated and may be reported to authorities.


Delivery and Pick-Up

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

For pick-up orders, food must be collected promptly to maintain quality. Once the order leaves our premises, responsibility for handling and storage lies with the customer.


Refunds, Cancellations, and Complaints

We aim to deliver the best experience. If something is wrong with your order or dining experience:

  • 1. Contact the concerned restaurant or customer support immediately
  • 2. Provide the order ID, bill, or relevant proof

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion and may depend on the nature of the complaint. Orders once prepared may not be eligible for cancellation.


Food Allergies and Dietary Information

While we try to provide clear information on ingredients, our kitchens may handle common allergens. Cross-contamination is possible.

Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform the staff before ordering. We cannot guarantee allergen-free food.


Intellectual Property

All content under Optimus Flavours—logos, branding, menu designs, website content, product names, and promotional material—is our property. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute it without written consent.


Conduct at Our Restaurants

To maintain a pleasant environment, customers are expected to behave responsibly. We may refuse entry or ask individuals to leave if they:

  • 1. Disturb other guests
  • 2. Damage property
  • 3. Engage in inappropriate or unlawful behaviour

We reserve the right to take action in cases involving theft, property damage, or misconduct.


Privacy

We may collect and process personal information such as names, contact details, feedback, order history, and payment details. This helps us deliver services and improve customer experience.

Data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data to third parties.


Liability

We are not liable for:

  • 1. Service interruptions or technical issues
  • 2. Losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer
  • 3. Delays or disruptions caused by events outside our control
  • 4. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the value of the order or service in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website or displayed at our restaurants. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of that jurisdiction.
